Instead of wearing my skinny J Brand jeans, which I love, I decided to do a new trend. Yes, bell bottoms are back. In the past, I have read that people do not want this trend to come back. Well, there is a lot of positives when it comes to bell bottoms. Since they flare at the bottom, it really elongates your legs. I mean it makes you look like you are model status tall. For short people like me, that is a good thing! HAHA. I have a feeling this is why Rachel Zoe always wears them. No matter what body type you have it really hits you in all of the right places. I feel like it creates the perfect curves.
I've paired them with a pointed toe bootie which can add some length to your legs. Top the look off with a leather jacket, which I've been doing all season long! I really enjoy the effortless but chic look it gives to my outfits. This leather jacket I got it on sale during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I know, it can get a little pricey but it is worth every penny. I tell myself all the time it was one of the best purchases I made this season. I will continue to wear it through Spring.
Lately, I've been obsessed with t-shirts. I love throwing a tee on with some jeans that involves no planning whatsoever but it's still a great outfit. This particular one I got from Zara but I have been on a mission to find a perfect t-shirt in every color. You can dress them up with a pair of slacks, pair it with skirts, or even jeans. It is so easy to create so many outfits with a great tee!
Thanks for stopping by! Tell me what you think about the bell bottoms trend?
